Orders placed before 12 pm Monday – Thursday will be shipped on the same day. We always aim to deliver your order promptly but we cannot accept any liability for any delay on the deliveries. Typical delivery time is up to 3 days.
We ship through GAP AKIS Express all-around Cyprus. We offer standard package & delivery costs.

If your order exceeds the maximum weight or volume mentioned above, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. If the courier personnel are in doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We note that we are not liable for the policies and/or actions of the courier service we cooperate with.
It is your responsibility to report goods damaged in transit. No compensation can be offered due to failed or late deliveries.
You agree to accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. We are not liable for any damage caused by customer’s mishandling.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Pursuant to the Consumers Rights Law of 2013 (the “Law”) you have the right to notify us and withdraw your order within a period of 14 days, as per the provisions of section 8 of the Law.
The above right of withdrawal is not provided by the Law in respect of distance and off-premises contracts as regards to the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by us. We inform you that the right of withdrawal is also not provided by the Law in respect of distance and off-premises contracts as regards to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Regarding any beer, cider or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, please contact us at [email protected]. All returned products should be sent in their original condition and packaging. Returned products are your responsibility until received by us. You are responsible for the return costs of the product. If you choose to do this, please contact us at [email protected] and we will issue either a resend of the order, if the products are in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
We reserve the right to terminate user’s rights to use the Website’s services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion without bearing any liability for such action, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that orders are placed by a person not permitted to do so by law.
