Vintage: After the 20th of September
Vinification: After a carefully processing of the grapes the juice together with the skins remain in low temperatures for the maceration until we take the desirable color (almost 30 – 36 hours). Then we proceed in the alcohol fermentation which occurs slowly and is interrupted before its completion in temperature between 17o C to 19oC.
Organoleptic characteristics: Attractive pink colour of the roses. In the noses as well as in the mouth we notice the aromas of Muscat reminding rose petals and exotic fruit. Pleasant and cool flavor with splendid acidity and allusions of grapefruit.
