Vintage: After the 20th of September
Vinification: Produced from selected grapes of the individual vineyard by the classic method of red vinification with temperatures of fermentation around 23 – 25ο C and stay of the skins with the juice for five days. Following the alcohol and malolactic fermentation it matures for 18 months in French oak barrels and other 18 months in the bottle
Organoleptic characteristics:Nose rich with perfumes of red fruits and notes of pepper and tomato. Mouth full,expressive with the brilliance of tannins that testifies his origin as ”Xinomavro” . Susceptibility in highly aging.
