Vinification: Produced from the French, noble, white varieties Sauvignon Blanc and the Greek aromatic Malagouzia by the classic method of white vinification and fermented at low temperatures 15 – 18ο C.
Organoleptic characteristics: Effervescent yellow colour with discreet aromas of white spring flowers, lemon and honey. In the flavor it is presented with full body, good balance and rich finish.
