Vinification: Produced by the classic method of red vinification and it matures for one year in stainless tanks
Organoleptic characteristics: Open ruby colour with intense aromas of cherry but also the formal perfumes of Xinomavro. Round in the mouth with finish of fruits and good duration. It can be served for up to two years following bottling, at 14 – 16ΟC
