Variety: 100% Syrah
Vintage: 1 – 10 September
Vinification: Produced by the classic red vinification method with temperatures of fermentation 23 – 250C. The skins stay with the juice five days and then they separated through the wine presses. It matures in French oak barrels for 12 months
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep red color, with the aromas of matured drained fruits and reach flavor with sensible tannins but pleasurably accompanied with the oak barrel. Can be aged for 10 years.
